Development notes for people who believe roadmaps are literature.

VibeCorp launches in beta

VibeCorp is now presentable enough to be shown to people who enjoy progress bars and organizational satire. The company starts with one founder, one laptop, and the kind of ambition normally seen in pitch decks with too many gradients.

Beta means the core loop works, the numbers go up, and some of the systems have already developed opinions. This is legally distinct from being finished.

AI Trading Cards arrive

Milestones can now become collectible AI trading cards. The art is generated, framed, stored, and delivered back to the player with the appropriate level of ceremony for a database row wearing a holographic jacket.

Some cards are rare. Some are mythic. All of them suggest the company has a merchandising strategy before it has a durable business model.

Daily streaks added

Daily rewards and streaks are now in the product, because the company noticed people occasionally leave the website. Returning players can claim cash, extend a streak, and feel a small administrative pressure to come back tomorrow.

This is called retention. It is also called checking whether the button is glowing. Both departments have signed off.
