VibeCorp

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026

Acceptance

By using VibeCorp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This is the standard contract maneuver. It remains legally flavored even when the product is a satirical idle game about bad incentives.

Use of service

VibeCorp is provided as a browser game. You may play, save progress, generate and view cards, share permitted game artifacts, and use account features when available. You are responsible for your account access, your device, and any decisions made while chasing a slightly larger number.

Prohibited conduct

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, scrape the service, automate abusive requests, attack the infrastructure, bypass rate limits, interfere with ads, impersonate others, upload or transmit harmful content, reverse engineer private APIs, or use VibeCorp in a way that harms the service or other players. Ordinary clicking remains permitted, even when strategically questionable.

Intellectual property

VibeCorp, including its code, design, writing, characters, game systems, branding, generated card frames, and original content, is owned by VibeCorp or its creator. You may share game-provided cards, screenshots, and share text for personal, non-commercial purposes. Generated card artwork and related metadata may be displayed in the game, stored, moderated, removed, or used to operate and promote VibeCorp. You do not receive ownership of the service itself because you unlocked a holographic milestone. That would be an aggressive cap table.

Accounts and termination

VibeCorp may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, create security risk, or make the game materially worse for everyone else. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to hello@playvibecorp.com.

Disclaimers

VibeCorp is provided as is and as available. The service may contain bugs, downtime, inaccurate jokes, balance problems, generated art oddities, lost progress, or features that change. No warranties are made about availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or your ability to become a fictional unicorn.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCorp and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost imaginary market share. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use VibeCorp in the previous twelve months, which may be zero. Finance has reviewed the unit economics.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If the business is later incorporated somewhere else, this section should be updated before anyone forms an opinion about Delaware.
